These inspiring sessions explore the opportunities and challenges associated with careers in construction. You’ll learn about the variety of jobs available, the demand for these jobs, and how to get the training you may need to get your new career started.
 
If you decide to attend one of our follow-up Career Decision-Making Workshops, you’ll spend a day with all the resources and guidance you’ll need to get going on your new career path. You’ll learn what it takes to succeed in this industry. Through a series of exercises and discussions, you’ll uncover your personal decision-making style, determine your aptitude and work ethic, learn about construction workplace expectations and more. You’ll receive help in learning how to conduct career research, to learn about apprenticeship opportunities and how to move forward on this career path.
